You are confirmed for your “second 8 hour” class, Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 8 to 5:00 PM.
The class will be held at the Spirit of Life Church, 4994 Baker Woods Lane, Decatur, Illinois.

This class covers all the laws (carrying concealed, unlawful use of a weapon, use of deadly force, FOID laws and federal laws), how to carry concealed, drawing from a holster and shooting qualification.
If you do not have a gun, one can be provided for you. If you do bring a gun, please feel free to bring it into the classroom, unloaded and in a container, but do NOT bring any live ammunition into the classroom.
What do you need to bring?
- Wear pants with a BELT. We will practice drawing from a holster in class with Glock laser pistols and the holsters fasten onto a belt (we will NOT shoot from a holster with live ammunition)
- Light gloves and warm clothing – we will be shooting outdoors, though we will keep it very brief.
- Lunch – you may want to bring a brown bag lunch or run out to get food – we take only 30 minutes for lunch. You may also bring food / drinks into the classroom.
- Pen or Pencil (Notebooks / workbooks will be provided)
- Sweater or sweatshirt (some are invariably cold in any classroom!)
